I’m a very busy single parent. I look for shortcuts and quick ways to do EVERYTHING to get it all done in a day. I don’t have time to spend an hour in the gym several days out of the week.
Intense 22 helped me produce results in only 22 minutes a day twice a week. I can train at lunchtime and still get a bite to eat.? No need to redo hair and makeup after training is a HUGE plus.? Being strong looks great on the outside, but feels awesome on the inside!
