I22F Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Update
Effective February 1, 2015

Dear Intense 22 Fitness Member,

We are heading into our busiest fitness season and training slots are more in demand than ever! In an effort to insure that each client has an opportunity to train at his or her preferred time, in February we will be implementing a new Appointment Cancellation/Reschedule Policy. We ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. If you are not able to do so, you will be charged a Cancellation Penalty of $10 per missed appointment or late cancellation. Although we are not fond of having to leverage penalties, there are potential benefits to the new policy:
We hope that you will be encouraged to be more dedicated to your training—after all, our goal is your health and wellness success!
We want you to be able to get into train and not miss an opportunity because someone else took an appointment slot and failed to attend.
Charity! Family Legacy is committed to making a difference in the lives of Zambian orphans. All penalty fees collected will be donated to Family Legacy.
